  • Electrical Engineer (Shenzhen/Jiangsu)

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Plan design: Develop equipment electrical research and development plans based on equipment technical requirements;

    2. Drawing: Based on the final plan of the equipment, draw the electrical schematic diagram, circuit diagram, and production electrical assembly diagram of the equipment;

    3. Selection and list production: Responsible for selecting electrical components, creating BOM lists and technical data;

    4. Program writing: According to the equipment action requirements, write equipment programs, including the necessary programs for PLC, touch screen, servo, etc;

    5. Equipment debugging: Verify the program and debug the equipment according to the technical requirements of the equipment, and assist in handling after-sales abnormalities;

    6. Able to lead a team (leaning towards management direction), coordinate technical matters with mechanical and production departments, improve and optimize procedures.

    Job requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or automation related majors, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience;

    2. Familiar with the application of servo, pneumatic components, and frequency converters, proficient in PLC programming such as Panasonic, Keinz, Delta, etc;

    3. Able to independently complete electrical drawing design, program writing, and equipment debugging;

    4. Work diligently and responsibly, be able to endure hardships and work hard, have a good character, obey arrangements, and adapt to business trips;

    5. Those who have certain management experience and have led a team are preferred.

  • Mechanical Engineer (Shenzhen/Jiangsu region)

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the initiation, development, design, verification, risk assessment and avoidance of the company's automation equipment project;

    2. Responsible for the production of mechanical structure design, drawings, and other materials, as well as the design review of each stage of the project;

    3. Responsible for guiding, handling, coordinating, and resolving technical issues and difficulties that arise in the project, ensuring normal operation;

    4. Responsible for assisting in the production process, providing technical support for after-sales service, and cooperating with electrical engineers for software design and data validation;

    5. Produce BOM, technical operation manual, process assembly drawings, component assembly drawings, 3D renderings, etc

    Job requirements:

    1. Have independent experience in leading the research and development of precision mechanical equipment projects, and be able to complete the design, selection, assembly, and debugging of non-standard equipment;

    2. Solid professional knowledge in mechanical equipment electronics, proficient in office application software and mechanical drawing software; Proficient in using electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic transmission, mechanical principles, and hardware processing techniques;

    3. Those with experience in research and development of solar new energy equipment, semiconductor equipment, or lithium battery equipment are preferred;

    4. Have more than 10 years of work experience in this position, have a serious and meticulous work attitude, and have a good teamwork spirit.

  • Sales Manager (base salary+high commission)

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the sales and payment collection of the company's photovoltaic module equipment and battery end equipment;

    2. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction;

    3. Assist the Sales Director in formulating overall sales strategies, sales plans, and quantitative sales targets based on market development and company strategic planning;

    4. Responsible for exploring new customers, markets, and channels, actively seeking business opportunities;

    5. Summarize customer feedback, organize market research and analysis, and provide direction and suggestions for the company's research and development of new products;

    6. Responsible for drafting and reviewing sales contracts, and preparing advertising and promotional plans directly related to sales;

    7. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

    Job requirements:

    1. College degree or above in marketing, enterprise management, or related majors;

    2. At least five years of sales experience in the photovoltaic automation equipment industry;

    3. Have good sales channels and network resources in new energy photovoltaic industry component factories, solar cell factories, silicon wafers, silicon material factories, etc;

    4. Have good market judgment and development abilities, as well as strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills;

    5. Integrity, honesty, pragmatism, enthusiasm for scheduling work, and good teamwork spirit;

    6. Work location: Shenzhen, Suzhou (Suzhou office is responsible for sales in the East China market, and sales personnel must have experience in the photovoltaic industry equivalent position; Shenzhen office is responsible for sales in the South China market, and sales personnel must have experience in the automation industry equivalent position, with photovoltaic experience being preferred).

    Job requirements:

    1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical automation or mechatronics integration;

    2. Possess a certain level of mechanical knowledge and knowledge of electronic structure diagrams, proficient in basic PLC and electrical operations;

    3. Proficient in the assembly process of non-standard automation equipment, familiar with the mechanical structure principles of various processes, and able to independently debug;

    Job requirements:
